websocket-client is no longer provided with htmlunit

As of Spring Boot 1.5, htmlunit does not bring websocket-client anymore.

This leads to this issue: SeleniumHQ/htmlunit-driver#22

Not sure what we can do. If you have htmlunit on the classpath we should add websocket-client and we're back to where we were with 2.21. I am following the related issue to figure out what we should do on our end.

Also the error occurs immediately as the auto-configuration of the WebClient triggers it. We are missing some integration tests on this feature.

To reproduce, checkout the CFP app, make sure to use the devoxx-test branch and upgrade to 1.5. There are 3 tests that use @AutoconfigureMockMvc that should pass now that we've reverted to 2.21

Add the following to the <properties> section of the pom

<selenium-htmlunit.version>2.23.2</selenium-htmlunit.version>
<htmlunit.version>2.23</htmlunit.version>

and they should fail.
