Currently TaskSchedulingConfigurations.TaskSchedulerConfiguration and IntegrationAutoConfiguration.IntegrationTaskSchedulerConfiguration both configure standard task executor beans if they are needed. With spring-grpc health support (#49048) we will again need similar configuration so it's work us extracting it.
