Adapt Flyway deprecated methods to new API

We've deprecated some method call following the upgrade to Flyway (#47562).

A future release of Flyway will provide a public API that we can use instead of the deprecated methods, see flyway/flyway#4160

@mehrdadbozorgmehr thanks for the offer but I am not sure if we'll be able to do so. An upgrade of Flyway is required and we're post-RC now. If we can, then the upgrade needs to be timely. I actually have things prepared for this so I've assigned myself.

We've discussed and decided to hold for now. Adapting to the new API means that we'd make the latest version of Flyway mandatory and that isn't the case now. We'll upgrade in Spring Boot 4.1

So we can upgrade but that means that we would no longer supports older releases (in native mode only). If that's acceptable, then we could probably simplify our auto-configuration that avoids method reference to stay compatible with 10.0. I've flagged this for team meeting as I wonder if it's worth it vs. keeping the deprecation.
