Investigate attaching version report to release notes

The https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/appendix/dependency-versions/coordinates.html page is useful but gets lost on each patch release. It would be useful if we could attach it to the changelog for historical reference.

Another useful area is system requirements which can change (see #43446)

Thanks for the offer, @Yashrajput7232, but this one's likely to be quite complicated and require changes across the build, its plugins, the GitHub Actions workflows, and the changelog generator (which is maintained separately). As such, it's not well-suited to a contribution unfortunately.

If you're looking for an issue that's a good way to get started with contributing, please keep an eye out for one that's labelled with status: ideal-for-contribution or status: first-timers-only.
