Improve / refactor testing of `RewriteNamedRecipeAdapter` and `RewriteDeclaredRecipeAdapter`

What needs to be done

• Move creation of Rewrite recipe from a string declaration into RewriteRecipeLoader
• Test RewriteRecipeLoader
• Remove integration tests duplicating unit tests, maybe have one test that verifies event propagation and throwing of exception
