Improve Record type format

I tried to migrate the format in my CargoTracker fork from Google Java Format to Spring Format, google format does not process the record types.

But when I switched to Spring Format 0.0.43, and appy the fixes, found the record types are still not formatted as expected.

1. If possible to align the annotations vertically.
2. And not sure why the implements here is formatted as a new line.

If possbile format the record like this.

or the following format for the simple record.

record Name(String firstName, String lastName){}

Sorry, but we're limited by the underling Eclipse formatter that we use to actually format the code and we can't easily support the features you're looking for.

Perhaps https://github.com/diffplug/spotless or https://github.com/jhipster/prettier-java might be more configurable and better meet your need.
