Add support for post processing after function is triggered

This is not the same as post processing after function has been invoked and is primarily oriented toward frameworks that integrate s-c-function where triggering a function usually means a bit more then just invoking it, For example in s-c-stream triggering a function means invoking and sending its output to a target destination.
