Seeing calls to widevine-license endpoint fail

I built a Spotify web app using electron about a year ago, using the casklabs electron fork to include widevine support. However after spinning the app up again today I am seeing calls to this endpoint fail with the error widevine error https://api.spotify.com/v1/widevine-license/v1/audio/license?exp=1587810158&cp=&tok=xxxxxx

I am not making the calls to this endpoint so I am not entirely sure what is.

When the app starts and I authenticate, playback starts, then a couple seconds later it keeps skipping tracks, then plays about 5s of a track before just stopping playback.

Confirmed this is happening to me too.

The call comes from the JavaScript file loaded by the SDK.

There's also this error:

Using castLabs latest 8.x release:

The code is exactly the same as the one in the Web Playback SDK tutorial.
