Bet by sending EOS to account 'beteoswinall' with memo.
Memo consist of two parts splitted by '-', the first part is id of the game and the second part is your bet side. For example, memo '28-3' means the home team winning for game of id 28.
Home team name following a '+' or '-' symbol and digital represents the number of handicap, such as the home team +2, when the game result is 1:3, the draw side wins. Interval of rate(win, draw, lost) change will be half hour.
Unmatch bet will be refunded in about 15 minutes after the game starts and it's column hash is empty.
When draw rate is 0, it's a game of either win or lost.
