We're a loose group of nerds who enjoy RGB LEDs. The first thing anyone ever says when they see an addressable RGB strip is "oh can it react to the music?" and until this project, that was a "yes but" answer because it was awful.
Our aim is to turn the experience of turning music into light into a fun, easy and interactive process using python to do real-time audio analysis.
We're looking to keep our project sustainable - at the moment everything is self funded. Once the hosting costs are recovered, we'd like to provide some funding to regular contributors as a means of helping them spend more time on the project and continue to improve it.
