Describe the request

• need to be able to deploy application globally. For component like cm and shc deployer which support multiple scope, this is not currently possible as only one scope is supported

Expected behavior
support either scope:local,cluster or scope:all syntax

@araman-m this is supported in our current releases by adding multiple appSource entries. The attached PR includes documentation on how to achieve this. Once the PR is merged, I will close this issue.
