As Rails 5.x and Rails 6.0 are out for a while. Rails 5.x only supports Ruby 2.2.2+. This change will also reduce the number of tests executed on Travis.
I also took the chance to upgrade the CodeClimate. I'll release a new major with this PR since we're dropping support on older rubies/rails even though they are quite old.
