Hi,

I was wondering whether PsiClass will be developed further or not for example incorporating long-reads guidance for the short-read assemblies OR providing a high-confidence annotation gff3 etc.

The last update was in 2022. Therefore asking if development is arrested

PsiCLASS is in the basic maintenance mode. The external-evidence-guided assembly may require extensive work, so probably I won't be able to implement soon.
