Update HDL code and adapter PCB to V3c to fix the following problem:
- Screen will glitch if inserting first version (with cable) of headphone adapter.
- Device is hard to turn on or off when inserting some cartridge.
- Audio enable signal is not correctly be processed.
Also fixed audio icon showing problem in preview software.
If you have build previous version and not encountering the problem described above, then you don't need to update.
