What this PR does / why we need it:
Setting the release type to
publishedin this action gives us the expected behavior of building / pushing images when a release is cut. I'm not sure whatcreateddoes as a setting, but it wasn't triggering this workflow on new releases.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
