This PR fixes several spelling errors in the repository, ensuring consistency with American English conventions as requested. It modifies documentation and Go source files (mostly comments and error messages).

Changes include:

• behaviour -> behavior in tavern/config.go and tests.
• cancelled -> canceled in tavern/cli/auth/auth.go, executor.go and tests.
• grey -> gray in documentation.

Tests were run, and failures in tavern/internal/builder/executor were identified as unrelated environment issues.
