[feature] Add redirector subcommand

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Deploying redirectors for realm has been hard given grpc isn't well supported / documented in rev proxy solutions like apache and nginx.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a h2 / h2c redirector for the tavern binary.

• Create redirector sub-command with h2 option and upstream Eg. ./tavern redirector h2 https://tave.ustream.com

This will be used in the future for other c2 comms channels

@claude take a crack at this PR.
The redirector subcommand has already been added.
Open a branch that handles grpc --> grpc connections.
Use the grpc raw codec to handle reading the encrypted requests and responses.
