[bug] Golem REPL enter doesn't work without Crtl-L

Describe the bug
Golem interactive mode doesn't respect enter key until a clear screen is sent.

To Reproduce
cd implants/golem
cargo run -- -i

Expected behavior
Pressing enter should work without Ctrl L
