[feature] Tavern polling #1207

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users tend to hard refresh desiring up to date data. We should introduce polling across pages and some mechanism to convey upcoming poll.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Additional polling
- Count down that displays when next poll will occur.
Additional context
During competitions, people are eager to see callbacks and output. They tend to refresh frequently wanting to see the newest data.
