Splits in submits

Hello there,

Not really an issue but since splits.io was removed and has also been removed from the website, it could be interesting to add new ways of adding splits, and keep the old spliting system as it was.

Fortunately splits.io wasn't the only way to upload the splits, so why not adding back the system with other websites to add splits trough?
