refactor(ui-components): Improve chromium compatability #2557

Description & motivation

Dropping some of the Tailwind classes with no support in Chromium 65 - the version used by DUI3.

This mainly consisted of swapping gap for space, and removing inset in favour of top/left/bottom/right.
