Use Case to Relationship Type Mapping

In the SPDX 2.0 development, we had a spreadsheet which mapped use cases to relationship types.

It we be quite helpful to create a similar document in this repo.

Something like a table with a use case description and relationship types used.

For example:

Use case: Provide the ability to describe software components that are derived from other software components.
Relationship Types: ancestorOf, descendantOf
