Publish the complete SpatialAnalyzer 2026.1.0529.7 MP command catalog through two large documentation-first implementation waves.

Wave A covers 18 intact top-level SA groups, implements catalog search/filtering, dispositions every included command, and defines APIs for selected operations.
Wave B covers the remaining seven intact groups, completes all 1,412 final dispositions, and defines APIs for selected operations.
