[Release Candidate] Firmware update via Web Config does not work

Updating the firmware from the Web Config page (also known as over the air) is broken.

This feature is mostly back in place. When using a phone as a hot spot (for internet), and accessing the Web Config over the default AP method from the phone, the 'Check for new firmware' button will report "Network or Server not available".

The current solution is to change the "Configure Mode" to WiFi (instead of the default AP) and reconnect to Web Config from the hotspot on the phone. Firmware update works fine in this configuration.
