Cezanne pain with ryzen-smu-cli

So I'm getting screwed by this exact bug. rawhide-kobayashi/ryzen-smu-cli#13

Mines a 5650G, but yeah 6c12t.

So I've finally come around to check this workaround. And the way I understand it, it could/would cause problems with other Ryzen chips.

But I've attached a ryzen-smu-cli.exe with that workaround, as the creator of that workaround mentioned that it works for them with their Cezanne chip. So maybe it will work for yours as well.

Let me know if it does, this is absolutely untested.

The file needs to go into the \tools\ryzen-smu-cli directory, overwriting the existing ryzen-smu-cli.exe file.

Never mind previous error. That was a me problem.
