Disable CGTrader behind AWS WAF challenge - #3198

Every profile URL on www.cgtrader.com, real or not, now redirects to /designers/{username} and answers HTTP 202 with an empty body and x-amzn-waf-action: challenge. The status_code check reads that 2xx as a found account, so every username came back as a CGTrader match. Mark the site disabled and tag it aws_waf_js_challenge, as the development guide prescribes for this symptom (same as Dreamwidth and ViewBug), so it can be re-enabled with the others once a solver ships. Closes soxoj#3163
