Support React Native 0.78.0

Describe the bug
GuardedResultAsyncTask is being used in CreateThumbnailModule.java which is no longer supported in react-native 0.78.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import and use createThumbnail
2. Generate android build

Version
react-native-create-thumbnail version 2.0.1

Expected Results
Successfully build android app
