The javadoc on
Project#getNamementions that name is not guaranteed to be unique across the hierarchy, but project path is. So ew use this to write the dependencies to uniquely named files.See https://github.com/sourcegraph/scip-java/pull/735/files#diff-5dde761886519812960f89108a21668cf947ddb300db91872dafc880f9bd3943R81 where we do the same for Maven.
