Per-repo defaults for global custom action?

I have a (repository level) global custom action that relies on input fields. I would like to customize the default values for each repository. Is this possible? If not, is there an easy way to import/export custom actions to save the manual work of recreating them for each repo?

Sorry. You can only use built-in variables or implement it (for example, reading a file from repo) in your command executable file.
