This PR adds the option
autoDeleteStaleReposto thesettingsobject of the config. Its default is true. When enabled, stale repositories (i.e., the.zoektindex files in.sourcebot/index, and the checked out repository in.sourcebot/repos) are deleted from disk.Fixes #39
