Remove remote execution tab from public deployment

Currently, the remote execution tab is still visible in the public version of Source Academy. As the login route is not implemented in the public version:

• Clicking the login button just takes the visitor to a 404 page
• It does not make sense to have the tab be visible in the first place since it is not functional in the public version
