Cannot reconnect to rtmp server is there is a connection error

if a stream fails to the multiple rtmp server in the plugin, pressing the connect button does nothing.
only restarting the stream or whole obs application, then you can reconnect to the same rtmp server.

to make it more clear, connecting to an rtmp server with the obs-multi-rtmp is not stable (obs itself is stable).
the connection might randomly disconnect once during a very long stream (hours).
