GMod installed on another ext4 drive. "Couldn't find Garry's Mod directory. Is Garry's Mod installed?"

I have Garry's Mod installed but not on my home drive. I have it on another SSD with ext4 file system. GModPatchTool doesn't detect the installation, can't tell it where to look at it.
GMod Steam Library is /home/coffee/.local/share/Steam according to the tool. Which is not true.
Tried to cheat with copying appmanifest_4000.acf to main Steam library which at least made it pass the first issue but it detected GMod files not being found (obviously).

Any methods to tell the tool where to look for GMod? I can't install it on my home drive, I don't have 60+ GBs for it.

For some reason it thinks your Steam install is at that path, which means you likely have multiple Steam installs or leftovers from an old install.

The correct way would be to fully remove the old installation so the tool detects it correctly. Barring that, use the --steam-path argument with gmodpatchtool
