Some deprecated packages in a fresh install

Hi to let you know that I'm getting these warning messages when doing a fresh install of node-mirror. Maybe we could bump the packages versions???

hi and thanks for taking an interest
i have been working on version 0.2 for a while now but i just dont have the time ...

nodemirror works up to node 6.x it seems to be incompatible with the packet managment in 7.x

i should never have used dojo on the server side
