Not sure how this wasn't already in there
Settings seemed like a very strange place to put content, so move to the main admin navigation.
Solidus removed Deface, but unfortunately we still require it for now.
There were never any `_decorator` files in this project, just things under `overrides`...

One ruby version is sufficient. We'll probably want to add different solidus versions and testing against all versions of both is excessive.
This more correct; we want to support 1.x, not necessarily everything.
