Alfred Workflows

1. searchsf allows you to select a ticket etc press and hot key and load an application with that ticket. for example CPE-xxx select that will take to you to Jira and that ticket number

    SearchSF.alfredworkflow     : The Alfred workflow just import this in via Alfred
    script-for-workflow-backup  : A backup copy of the applescript in the above workflow
