are notes rendered in the svg?

thanks for the work on this library; just curious are the notes rendered as part of the svg? if not, is there any way to access those?

Notes currently aren't rendered particularly well. Table notes are emitted as a tooltip on the table, and end up in a title such that hovering over the table without moving the mouse for a second or show tends to show the note. Column notes, e.g., aren't rendered at all.

#5 suggests an enhancement to show notes on mouseover.
