[iOS 26] Enable native full screen swipe back gesture

In iOS 26, it appears all native apps (settings, news, app store etc.) all have enabled the ability to swipe back from anywhere on the screen, not just the edge. This appears to be the default behavior. Would we be able to hook into this native API now that it's available?

1. Currently the best solution is to simply enable fullScreenSwipeGestureEnabled prop.
2. Please track progress for support of interactivePopContentGestureRecognizer here
