Increase screen transition velocity

Summary

This pull request enhances the screen transition speed after releasing the finger. The velocity will depend on the distance from the final position, with greater distances leading to increased velocity.

Hey @piaskowyk, i was waiting official release 3.9.0 for testing this feature but with the examples above could not make it work
