Description

Getting this issue "Got DOWN touch before receiving UP or CANCEL from last gesture", when we keep app in background and get in foreground when the app gets freezed and stops working. and whenever we touch the screen or try to do any gesture we get the above error.

RN: 0.78.

Steps to reproduce

put application in background after opening 3 to 4 screens
open app again and then the app gets freezed.
