[Pressable] `onPressOut` does not get called

Description

Sometimes onPressOut doesn't get called. I'm not yet sure why it happens though.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone our repository
2. Open Gesturized pressable example
3. Scroll to Functional styling example
4. While scroll is active, click on our Pressable - you'll notice that its background will stay red
