IDE panel - Dragging and dropping IDE panel to the side panel / second side panel should automatically set the focus to that tab

Steps to reproduce:
Drag and drop IDE panel from Editor tab or Secondary side panel to the Side panel.
Or from Side panel to Secondary side panel

Description:
Dragging and dropping IDE panel to the Side panel or Secondary side panel should automatically set the focus to the IDE panel.
Currently, when you drag and drop an IDE panel, the focus remains on the same tab as before.
