Add chevrons to sections in node inspector

The goal here is to add chevrons to sections in node inspector to make them collapsible. The state of chevrons should be saved in local storage so if user decides to hide given section it should be hidden until they click on the chevron again. 

It'd be good to add an indicator that something changed in the collapsed section, but it's optional and may be added in next version
