Tracing exceptions in `handle_info`

Currently when error occurs in handle_info we are not TraceCalled and TraceErrored.
Other callbacks need to be checked if they are working properly

After some initial research there when in trace_handler.ex there is nothing done with traces (just inspecting them) the traces are captured (it might be performance with trace handling issue)
