bug: throws an error on hot reload

I have an expo project, and when I do a hot reload(r), I get this error. I have to close and clear the app from the background, and open again to bypass the issue.

This happens on iOS simulator. Didn't find it on the Android emulator so far.

I experienced the bug when creating the library once in a while too. I believe it's an issue within the react-native-wgpu library, so there is not much we can do here

I am writing improvements to the hooks in react-native-wgpu, hopefully it will fix those issues. Tracking here: wcandillon/react-native-webgpu#227
