Cleanup dependencies

[release] Release v0.0.4 compatible with "jQAssistant 1.7":

* Please note that this breaks the existing versioning pattern in favor of consistency to other plugins from 'softvis-research'.

[feature] Upgrade to "jQAssistant 1.6":

* Modify "pom.xml" according to 'https://github.com/softvis-research/jqa-jira-plugin/blob/master/pom.xml'.
* Add "IT" suffix to fullfill validation requirements.
