Product Life Cycle Model
The Product Life Cycle Model (PLC model) is a theory which identifies the distinct stages affecting sales of a product, from the product’s inception until its retirement.
At the core of the PLC model are the assumptions that all products have limited life spans and that the product sales pass through different and distinct stages.
