Feedback for article - Billing and Invoices: dead links

At the bottom of the page, under the "Other Link" section (why isn't that "Links", plural?), the links for Consolidated Billing and
Managing Billing Items are dead (they reach a page which says, "Sorry, this content isn’t available.").
