How set a Sec-WebSocket-Accept with server

Hello, i don't understand my problem. with localhost i have not problem.

In my host production.
I can't establish connection because is not setter Sec-WebSocket-Accept and I don't understand how to do it, to get a response from the socket server.

After resuming my project in production, it seems that the header is sent. I have no explanation but it works. The Miracle of Christmas.
