version 2.3.0 custom parser is broken.

I'm not a javascript guru, but seeing the typeof examples shouldn't it be const isString = typeof encodedPackets[0] === "string"; ?

Hi, thanks for the pull request! This should be fixed by a33e42b, included in socket.io-adapter@2.3.1.
